- Nonexistent Opt-Outs: Their system might offer an option to “opt out” of further communication. However, given their unscrupulous nature, it’s doubtful this feature is functional.
- Shifting Contact Numbers: ITR uses various local numbers that lead to recordings, instructing callers to contact them through different 800 numbers. Previous numbers become inactive as part of their strategy to evade detection and responsibility.
